Reading of Palmer's Declaration of Independence

On the lawn of The Palmer Historical & Cultural Center, located at 2072 Main Street in Three Rivers.
Signed in June of 1776, these Palmer “Instructions” were bold declarations instructing Palmer’s representative, Capt. David Spear, to support independence from Great Britain--weeks before the Second Continental Congress would adopt the Declaration of Independence.
Bob Haveles, founder of the Palmer Historical & Cultural Center, will read the document.
Consider leaving the spaces in the PHCC parking lot for those with mobility difficulties. If standing for approximately 30 minutes is difficult, please bring a chair.
