Colin McCullough is the author of two cookbooks, The Healthy Vegan and Smoothies That Taste Like Girl Scout Cookies, and is a long-time vegan who teaches people how to incorporate whole-food, plant-based meals into their diet. Colin believes that eating healthy food is the single most important step we can take to improve our health and happiness.
